Lapsed payment before and realize it's my own fault there. Had to make a 600$ deposit to keep service. Moved to another property and started renting the previous and they had no record of the 600$ deposit. I had them reinitialize my service with my own wrench and lighter and charge me 65$ for it Figure it out. At the worst time of my life to run scams on me but I will not forget Can't even pay at their place of business now. Can't wait for the next 30% hike on your *service* to kick back upper management. Cmon you guys, crown Corp doesn't mean rape. Any competition and you're done. Treat people fairly

It really doesnt take much effort to talk to people respectfully when taking a call. They speak to people like garbage. Also you need to be home between 9 and 5 to have your gas turned on because they only work 9-5 as they state. But so do I. I need to take a whole day off work to wait around for them because they also wont tell you a time. I also am missing bills in my email. There are months when they haven't been sent. I've also read this in another review. I can vouch for that. I could figure out my total owing when I went to investigate and pay my bill. Another crown Corp treating people like slaves to have hot water.

I've never had an issue with an account rep here, can't say that for Saskpower. Always have worked with me, and I understand that they can't always meet me in the middle. I wasn't happy the one time I was disconnected - I had made the payment arrangements and it still happened after that, but they acknowledged it was an error and there was no fees or issues reconnecting, aside from them saying I would get notice or an email they were coming, but did not. I work 30 minutes from my house. I dropped a star for getting rid of the customer service counter where you could pay directly. If all you have it online, set up interac online (which allows immediate payment from your bank account, Rogers has that) and credit card payments. Then people that struggle and need to make an immediate payment for service can do so.

Can't seem to send bills out to customers guessing. They don't want to get paid

Terrible service. A worker told us the day before that there would be no digging up of our yard. I came home to this mess: there is mud tracking all over our turf, our outdoor carpet, and you can clearly see that they did indeed dig up our grass and left a mess. I am extremely disappointed that I now need to clean up this mess and mud.

The worst utility company I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Rates keep going up, service keeps going down. Can we please privatize these clowns so we can actually hold them accountable to their customers?

We came home from a shopping trip today and thought we could faintly smell natural gas outside by our back door. Thinking we should play it safe, we called SaskEnergy immediately. Our call went through right away and the woman on the phone was very polite, helpful and professional. She dispatched a truck to our house and Ken arrived a short time later. Within several minutes Ken had located a small leak at a pipe joint (due to shifts back and forth from mild to extremely cold temperatures), and had it fixed in a jiffy! Ken was very friendly, professional, and all-around awesome! Once he turned the gas back on, he came inside and made sure our furnace and water heater were working. Thanks Ken and SaskEnergy for the prompt, professional and courteous service!
