Improperly ran water lines and having them on the cold side of the insulation and vapor seal leads to a broken water line and an insurance claim. When finishing a basement make sure you hire qualified tradesmen for the right job.

They installed a boiler and In floor heating system for us. We have had no problems with it. We love it! Their workmanship is excellent. They kept the job site clean, no waste of materials and the price was reasonable. We highly recommend them.
