She said they were booked solid but she would see if she could fit me in as it was pretty cool in the ? house (68 ferinheight).she called me back and said she would have someone here in the afternoon! I have delt with them for a couple of years now and find them very helpful and professional.they do excellent work,are very neat and clean up thoroughly after the work is finished. As a result of this service call we booked an appointment for a new furnace and water heater.efficiency heating and plumbing is the only ones I will always call! Technician Dave arrived on time, worked in a very clean and organized manner, and explained his methods clearly. It was a pleasure having such excellent service and we certainly won't neglect our fireplaces again. We couldn't believe how great they look now!

She said she would call back when she had a better idea of when someone could stop by. She did just that - Dustin and Kyle came by and fixed the problem and the furnace was up and running in no time. Very professional - all around. So pleased that we deal with this company, have done so for years, as we have always had great service. Highly recommended.
