Installed blower to increase velocity of air to distant room. Both duct/blower installer and electrician professional and excellent quality work. Reasonable quote for the time and quality and invoice matched the quote. Very responsive.

Just had the Razor team come and replace my secondary heat exchanger. They were quick to come do the assessment. Work was done quickly and professionally. I would completely recommend Razor without hesitation.

Had our Boiler/heating system for the house go down over the weekend. Razor was able to get us up and running again in less than 2 hours! This also included a run down of how the system functioned, how we can maintain it and things to watch out for. This work was also done on a weekend after hours when most/all suppliers are closed for a boiler that needed a universal part since the boiler is older and not very common. Can't say thank-you enough. I would recommend Razor Heating and A/C Ltd. to anyone who needed work done!

Fantastic service. Very timely and professional. Our furnace hadn't worked properly since it was installed 4 years ago. No matter what we did with the company that installed it, it wouldn't work properly. We finally switched to Razor Heating and the problem was diagnosed and repaired speedily and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Dustin, Shane and the rest of Razor's crew.

Extremely happy with everything, from helping with getting heat back on temporarily on a very cold day and now replacing/installation of the new furnace. The quality is #1. 1) Very good communication skills. When I called to set up an appointment to obtain an estimate a date and time were agreed on, a text message and email outlining the date and time went to my phone and computer within a minute. The estimate was sent to me that morning after my meeting with the estimator and it outlined the make and model of the unit being installed and labor including the sub-trade electrician When I approved the estimate and a date and time were agreed on for installation again I received a text message and an email confirmation Once work was completed, I received an invoice by email and once the invoice was paid, I received a receipt within seconds by email. (2) They work like a team should. The estimator who attended said he would send an estimate that morning. Their admin person sent the estimate and once I replied approved, she set up an appointment with me and text the time and date to me. The installer ran the project and then once completed had the invoice sent by admin. (2) They kept their word on everything they told me. This is how a good company runs. They came when they said they were coming and called ahead to say they were on their way both the estimator and the installer. (3) They were very professional. A real pleasure in this day and age. (4) I asked if they could come before the install and run me through where the unit would be installed and what I should move prior to their arrival. When the installer attended site, he provided me options on the install. The installer took the time to come by and again came when he said he would. (4) The job went smoothly. They came in the morning and were done by early aft. (5) They cleaned up. I feel that this shows that they take pride in their work and it shows respect for their customers. (6) The invoice was exactly as per estimate. There are many companies out there that could learn from these guys. I have worked in construction for many years and these guys were top notch.
