★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third time and Leah the Plumber's service is still a charm! Prompt, professional, friendly and efficient service. My previous fridge died just over a week ago and thanks to Leah and Victoria, my new fridge was installed today! I really appreciated the fact that they have a 7-day work week so was able to get the work done on a Sunday. They checked out the site, explained what was involved, then set out the scope of the work in writing with an immediate quote on cost. The job involved tapping into a water line in the basement and routing it up through the kitchen floor. The fridge has an external water/ice dispenser with explicit instructions from the manufacturer in order to not void the warranty. I okayed the work and they got right to it. They consulted with me as the work progressed and walked me through with explanations when they were done, making sure everything was working properly. Price as quoted - no surprises. Both donned disposable covers over their workboots before they crossed the threshold and COVID protocols followed until they left the house. It's clear that this is a company that takes care of their clients. Thrilled to say I will not call any other company to do plumbing work in my house.

Leah took the time to explain my different options, and followed up with me to see if I had any questions. Cindy was so friendly and pleasant on the phone. The guys that came to install did great work, and left no mess when they were done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I let her know that there were some issues with work that had been done by one of her technicians, Leah didn’t hesitate to say she would come over, and she made it a point to attend to and fix the problems. Leah is friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. She even offered to personally return and attend to another faucet that requires some work.

She was professional and quoted a fair price for the job and her team did an excellent job installing and removing the old heater. They moved and relocated some lines to accommodate this and everything was done and cleaned up professionally. They wore foot coverings and proper masking. We were very happy with the business and will use them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leah is very knowledgeable and professional. We called her to install a shower in our downstairs bathroom. We later called to repair a leak from a broken drain.
She is very prompt in responding to calls and is reasonably priced. I know she had been called upon to repair other plumbers deficiencies.
I recently spoke with one of her employees who indicated he could not see working for anyone else. Very satisfied with his employer.
I would not call anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've used Leah the Plumber on a number of occasions now and wouldn't hesitate to call her again. They're done everything from a full heating installation, a bathroom installation, replacement wc to plumbing in a new refrigerator. Everything done professionally and at a sensible cost.
I would also say that Leah is an excellent project manager and will pursue all avenues until her client is satisfied. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace motor died while my family and I were on vacation (because of course it would), and Leah the Plumber was able to meet my father-in-law at my home to assess the situation over a long weekend. Leah identified the issue, and discussed over the phone with me a range of options available to fix the issue. We decided that, based on the age of the furnace and water heater, both units would be replaced.
On the Monday following the long weekend, a team showed up to start the work. They were courteous and professional, and Leah dropped by or called me throughout the job to make sure we were happy with the work being done.
We were very happy with the quality of work that Leah and her team delivered. There were no surprises on the final cost, and it was clear that they wanted to make sure we were satisfied with their services and the final product. Their quality standards are very high.
I definitely recommend Leah the Plumber for anyone looking; they will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing issue.
