Their replies stating to contact them to discuss things are rubbish. They have no intention on doing anything to help. Lousy greasy dirty dive. Overpriced rotten pizza. Greasy spaghetti we had to pay for EXTRA SAUSE TO GIVE IT SOME TASTE. WASTE OF MONEY! A terrible place with miserable service. See out photos in the picture section to see the crud we were served. Total bill for 4 people was over $90.

First of all im sorry for giving you as well as a single star. As soon as we walked in a guy told us to bring a flag to get service because there wasn't any. In about 20 mins our waitress came by took our drink order, another 20 minutes to take our food order. Over an hour of sitting there with only one drink, and only some of the drinks were deserving of a coaster, we got our food, cold and disgusting. A couple meals weren't even edible. We asked politely to speak to the manager and we got a young waitress that had nothing to do with our issue. It was super inappropriate how it was handled. Although we got the items taken off our bill, you knew the staff was annoyed. The waitress then tried to use the excuse of being new..We will not be back any time soon. Not worth the money.

Honestly, we’ve eaten here before and been ok with the odd mistake. Things happen, people are human, and it happens at different restaurants too so it’s not just specific to this restaurant. I was super disappointed the other day though. I called to place an order for delivery or pickup(open to whatever they offered to avoid paying a delivery service like door dash). I was asked to hold on the line, so I did. After 8 minutes I wondered if I had been forgot about. At 10, we called from another line just to see what was going on and the girl picked up and asked how she could help us. At that point, I just couldn’t believe that. I was completely forgotten about. Any normal phone system in customer service prompts and reminds you that a customer is patiently waiting on the line for service. So either they don’t have these features(odd) or they were being ignored by staff. I went elsewhere ?‍♀️

We tried this place again because we heard it was under new management. While it did appear better managed and the staff were good, the food Boston Pizza sources is extremely processed - yet their prices are higher than ever. We paid $10 for 10 small to medium-sized onion rings with a drizzle of mayo on them, and $15 for 10 jelly-like chicken wings. The pizza seemed ok? Generally the offerings are pretty boring and what you get is nothing to go back for.

Was at the restaurant on Saturday, and while the food was good the service was poor. Only saw our waitress when she took our order and brought out our food and drinks. Never saw her again. My friend and I would have loved to have ordered more drinks and maybe desert but no mention and offer was ever made. I think I’ll stick to going to a different location in Saskatoon from now on.

Great staff and new owners have made this place way better then it was before! Food was excellent and hot, service was very good. Our waitress did awesome and always made sure we were good!! Definitely will be back for sure!!

Great food, but poor service. It was 10 to 15 mins before anyone even greeted us on our arrival. Then, my girlfriend received her drink at the end of the meal. While busy yesterday, I felt that there was a lack of communication with patrons that were patiently waiting to be seated, for their meal etc.

New ownership is awesome. Ordered pickup. loved our meals & kids meal that came with a drink + cookie! Was told we got 10% off for pickup so that was an added bonus! Food was hot and great!
