The latest delivery attempt was appalling. We ordered at 6:20 and did not receive our pizza until 7:45. When we contacted them they said it was on its way. They attempted to contact the driver he didn't answer. I admit we live on an acreage but I can see martensville from my deck. The driver drove past 3 times. Once he pulled into my driveway but turned around and left. When he finally called me I guided him to my house. Every excuse was given as I received my cold food. The music was blaring from his vehicle so no wonder he didn't hear his phone. The store was very apologetic. No offer was made to fix the situation.

J	James Chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is good but shockingly small. The 3 mediums for $33 feels like a rip off. You get significantly more pizza with a competitor than you do with family pizza. See below for calculations. Would not recommend to a friend. Calculations: Family pizza medium size: 10" Competitors: 12" This means competitors mediums have 113 square inches of pizza, while family pizza only has 78 square inches! That means you get 44% more pizza going with a competitor. Across every size they offer, they seem to always be 2" smaller than competitors. Quality is good, but volume is not. Do what you want with this information.

When I got to my destination 5 minutes after picking up the pizza I found that it was quite cold... I wouldn't recommend ordering a pizza for specific time....just let them dictate to you when it will be ready because you will get a cold pizza... Usually very good but not in this circumstance. UPDATE: Called in and was absolutely grilled and scolded by an older lady who worked there. I was smiling most of the time but it was pretty ridiculous. In the end she said she couldn't make any decision and that the owner would call me and it's been almost 3 weeks and no call..... So in short don't call in after they tell you to haha....

However it's upsetting that everytime I use an online coupon and it says that it's put through, it doesn't change the total. Would like it if these coupons actually worked. This has happened twice now, so I don't think it's a onetime mistake, but a flaw with there online orders.
S	Scotty F1SHMANN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered from Family pizza for years now, tried almost every special type of pizza and it's all amazing and delicious, have only had 1 bad experience where I ordered the Taco Pizza and if was a runny mess with a handful of Lettuce just thrown right on top...called the owner and she gave us a free pizza the next time we ordered. It was a disappointment that had been fixed and the next pizza they gave us of the same type was made excellent. It will take a lot for us to stop orderinf from here. Our address will always be in their book. Still happy to this date.
