C	Corallee Mckay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just in the stettler Boston pizza with my dad and brother today, the service was not good, the food was cold, my dad had a cup of coffee and his coffee was cold, he asked for hot coffee, all of the times he got cold coffee. This isn't the first time this has happened to us. My brother and I would go in to eat and I had to send my food back five times, yes I said five times because it was cold. The food wasn't great and the waitress didn't even come around to see if everything was okay. Another thing that bothered us was that the table and chairs were sticky and people that worked their were just standing around talking. That is why I gave them a low rating .

Our table was filthy and so sticky the menu stuck to the table, Next table given to us was a little better but still had food smeared on it. Utensils had food still on them also.The bathrooms had not been cleaned for some time. Urnals were full of urine and feet stuck to the floor. The owners/managers really are not there for the customer or things would better and cleaner. You have very young staff that need more training and supervision than they are getting.By the way this was at 11.30 am in the morning right after you had opened.

Drinks were mixed poorly, food was cold, three tables that came after us were served before us, just an all around bad service. The experience was one star but I’ve only had one experience there so I’ll give them the benefit of a doubt.

And the 10$ lunch quesadillas, were incredible I thought I had better get a side of hot wings and they too were really good. Food was fast, hot, right to order..the space there was very quiet, and it was a great lunch we will definitely return, and I'm having those quesadillas again 100%... The portions were big, the power bowl actually was brought home and made into a second meal. Excellent lunch....

We arrived at Boston Pizza by cab, carrying all our luggage and the kids with their Easter baskets, and honestly the staff there were so fantastic!! They found us a little corner to store our luggage and got my kids all set up with Wi-Fi to watch a movie while we waited. They really went above and beyond to make a not-so-great experience so much better. Thank you so much ladies ?

To the kitchens credit, it was super busy with a whole hockey team in the restaurant as well to deal with. She went out if her way to make it right and graciously adjusted our bill for the inconvenience.

They accommodated 50 people, and any additional requests we had were met. Shout out to Mary who checked in often to ensure our needs were being met. Our server (sorry I didn’t get his name) was also amazing. The pizza was delicious, hot and served quickly!
