★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime i go here they mess up my order.. Even when i clarify what i want and repeat myself.. They assure me once again that they understood what i was asking for.. I pay.. Get into the truck and as I'm leaving town i open my Timmy's wrap cover and take a bite and i my crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap was chipotle or something similar and it was sooooo spicy i didn't enjoy it at all.
The time before that they gave me grilled chicken rather than crispy chicken and i couldn't find any sauce at all on that one.. Then before that i ordered again a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap and that time it was what i ordered except the wrap had next to no chicken just one small tiny dried out piece and the rest of the wrap had about 2 inches of vegetables and bacon and then another 2 inches of plain tortilla wrap.
I always go to tim hortons everytime im near one and i always order that same wrap.. Because at every single other tim hortons ive ever been to has made me the delicious wrap i ordered, every location except for this particular tim hortons .

i contact them and one of the guy named Manjinder
he personally arranged delivery for me in his brake time
i just really want to say thankyou to him for hos kindness and help

I'm holding up my phone with my ap to be scanned and he totaled the till and then told me it was my loss I should have reminded him.
2 tables in the restaurant had people at them and all the rest were dirty with crumbs and discarded cups. Lots of staff but non that seemed to care. Our 2nd time there and the lack of service remains the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don’t understand this Tim Hortons, but they sure have a way with hiring their staff. Some are really awesome and nice. As for the select few that seem very new really need to go to their neighbouring store before they start work… I wouldn’t recommend going late in the evenings. Hopefully ownership takes notice. Just bad service late in the day.
