★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved going here since I moved to Canada 15years ago, my kids love it as well! Glad they are still tasty, and fast! The prices have definitely gone up but where haven't prices gone up? Ey? If you love Chicken or want to try a different kind of burger then go to KFC (= not sure if it's all healthy but as long as it is eaten every once in awhile like a treat then I give myself a pass haha ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor today. Ordered 2 bacon and cheese famous combos. I was the 4th customer in the store. Ordered right away and the waited 45 minutes for my food. When I got home the famous burgers did not have bacon or cheese on them, but I got charged for it. A little ridiculous. There were quite a few customers after me and they received their orders before me. I understand it gets busy as I have worked the food industry before. But the staff was very disorganized and that usually is not the case. However still very disappointed on the wait time and then the burgers not done correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Takes my order (3pc Meal) and money - then tells me it will be a 15 min wait for chicken. 20 minutes later - tells me only one more minute… Fast food without the fast.
No chicken was ready, service was terrible. This staff needs managing, and or a job that takes less skill.
