★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered an XL Sweet and Spicey plus an XL Chicken Deluxe via the website. In the special instructions we asked that they be pie cut. We ended up with 2 medium (they ran out of XL crusts) chicken deluxe that were pie cut and 1 XL over cooked square cut some other pizza that is similar to the one we ordered but NOT the one we ordered. I called them twice and while they were apologetic they offered no satisfactory option to fix the problem. Yes, they offered to make us a new pizza but they would not deliver it as we live too far away. So then they offered us 10% off, then 15% off our next order which would not compensate for an inedible XL pizza we paid good money for or the gas we already used to go get it, never mind the gas we'd use to go back to pick up the replacement pizza. When I explained that these options were not satisfactory, the employee on the line became quite rude and standoffish. We've ordered from the Saskatoon locations twice and had excellent food and service. We will not order from the Martensville location again. The service was poor & the pizza inedible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast delivery, I have never received a warm pizza every time I’ve ordered and they’re almost too hot to eat right away which is awesome! If you haven’t tried them yet you should because the service is incredible. They’re my only go to in town now. I have no doubt they will continue to provide such good service. Great jobs guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been ordering from red swan every other Friday faithfully for 2 years now, and I gotta say their pizzas are hands down by far the BEST PIZZA in all of Martensville. Amazing staff, great service, customer service has been the best I've ever received from any take out place and the prices unbeatable anywhere else in town.
I came for the sesame seed crust, and stayed for the service. I'll definitely be ordering for years to come :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I ordered 2 large pizzas and wings Saturday evening May 28th, 2022. Everything came quickly and it seemed like everything was good until we got food poisoning from all the chicken. Wings and pizza had both. I have never had food poisoning so bad before. My boyfriend needed 2 IVs and had gone to the hospital. Definitely will not be ordering from here EVER again. Not worth 5mins of getting full on pizza then having to go to the hospital the next day for food poisoning.
