★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do they not know what they are doing, they delete bad reviews. I deal with a lot of banks, and these people know nothing of what they do. You ask a simple question, what do they do? "I'm not too sure." That has been 3/4 of the answers that I have gotten. They say they know what they're doing, but if you test them, they suddenly become unfit for their job that they were trained for. Not recommended at all, if you're that desperate for a loan, don't. Save up and buy privately if you can.
