To use our free pick-up service, call your Budget rental location directly at the location phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this site are always professional and efficient. The vehicle cleanliness has improved significantly since 2019. The car was excellent and clean. There was insufficient washer fluid but that didn't pose a huge problem. The office could be a bit cleaner but the professionalism of the staff overshadows those minor details. I'm pleased with my experience.

This is a busy location, and because of the great service they process a lot of customers, so when phoning for information, be patient if your call isn't answered right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a rental car to pickup at 5pm and drop off at 5pm the next day. They called me at noon asking if I would pick it up at 3pm as they wanted to close early that day and my rental was the only one left. I said I needed the car till 5pm the next day and they assured me my reservation would be until 5pm and said they would put a note on the reservation. I came in and picked it up at 3pm to help them out as they requested. The man at the desk promised me there would be no issues with returning it at 5pm the next day any I would not be charged any extra as it was their request. I brought it back at 4.30pm the next day and got charged an extra 97.50 on my bill for late return. I called many times and was told the manager would call me back. I even stopped in to try to talk to him and was told he was busy and would call me the next day. Well he never called and I never got my 97.50 back. I would avoid renting from this location
