★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always enjoyed going to the Plumb Shop. You will pay more for the product but the products they have are a quality line. I purchased Grohe kitchen facets and after two year the pull-out dual spray control was plugged. Gord told me how to soak the facet head with vinegar to solve the problem. He also told me that this was not a warranty item. I used vinegar and CLR in attempts to bring the stay back to a normal function without success..
I called Grohe Canada who replaced the faulty product immediately.
One of the reasons people shop locally is for the after purchase service, the Plumb Shop missed the mark on this one.
