★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago (About 4-5 years ago) I got my radiator replaced and the service and results were great, but recently I visited again baring the same trust I had gained from before to get a fuel leak diagnostic done. Unfortunately, we had to replace a hose between the charger and the turbo, and after the service was done, when I came back to pick up my vehicle, I noticed footprints on top of my engine, so when I started cleaning it off I noticed that the engine valve plastic cover was loose, which was broken as a result of their sitting/standing on the engine. When I asked their technician about this they said that 99% of trucks don't have this cover. How could they leave this moving plastic piece to fall into the fan which could cause major damage to the engine, I am lucky to have found it like there on their property before I started driving, in my opinion I can say with certainty that the quality here has dropped significantly, think twice before taking your new unit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone there in the morning 8 am for changing my waterpump just and they said that we are going to change it soon then they wasted my 5 hours in waiting and told me that they don’t have waterpump it will be going to come tomorrow . So I bring my waterpump from Brampton and. They started changing it they changed my just a waterpump in more than 4 hours and lady over the front desk so rude ask her anything behave so badly . I was there from morning 8:00 am and get my truck at 11:45 pm in the night just the waterpump worst service they have and charge alot and take too much time so that they can make a money instead of coming to them just do service call on the road which is best and cheaper and time saver for you guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my truck for over a month. I took it to 2 other volvo dealerships and $4000.00 later the problem wasn't solved. I stopped in Surgenor today to see if they could fit me in. The service manager was extra nice and got me in within an hour. Within 2 hours and only a bit over $400 they fixed the problem. Now that's top notch service ? ?
