This was after almost a month of revisions. I wish the artist would have said he did not think he could reproduce the design before I paid half.

Within the next day, he came back to me to let me know the images I sent weren’t very good quality and he sent me some from his designer. I chose my photos and had a layout within a couple days. I did all this before my aunt passed away and the order was on standby pending her passing. The day my aunt passed away, I emailed Jordan. Due to Christmas holiday they were closed but he got back to me the following Monday. He processed the order. I had my aunts urn before her service! My family and I were extremely pleased. Thank you Jordan and Eturnal Memorials staff!

After a few times if changing things (they were all very helpful and professional through my changes) a finished product. It is absolutely amazing and I am so glad I choose them to create the perfect place for my son to rest forever, in the truck that he loved. They were able to put his company logo in the back window and everything. I can’t say enough about to explain how absolutely perfect it is. I hope I never have to get an urn for a loved one again. But if I do I know who is going to make it. Great job guys
