★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d say the service was good, price point competitive. The quality and condition of equipment was questionable. We ordered a skid steer with a track for a garden project. Traction was poor and it was because there was very little tread on the rubber. Within the first hour the track came off. We called the company and they did send a service man who came within two hours and repaired it. The second day three hours into our job the opposite track broke and fell off. Again a repair man came and it could not be fixed. It was a Saturday so we could not get another machine until Monday. The new machine came and it had wheels and not a track the tread appeared to be much better. It was a bad weather weekend and we had snow and hail in May, when the visibility became difficult my partner turned on the wiper. At the second he turned on the wiper the whole glass in the front shattered. At this point our job was pretty much done so we decided to call it a day after the windshield broke. The equipment was returned and we got a call from Cooper saying there would be an additional charge for the broken window of $695. It had broken simply because the windshield wiper had been turned on that’s how it happened. Of course they argued that that was questionable and they weren’t there to see it. Needless to say that was an additional cost we were not anticipating. If you are reading this I would suggest that before you sign a contract with them to check over your equipment and make sure the tread is going to work for your job maybe even knock on the glass areas to check the integrity. I am not sure if we would use this company again. Buyer beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone has there own opinions. But mine is by far no question asked that coopers is the best company in the surrounding areas for renting any kind of job equipment. With the upmost respectful and helpful staff the pricing is very competitive if not lower then most. Customer service is 5 star. These guys/ girls are there to help the working people get what they need to get any job done. If something is wrong they are there to answer all your questions and fix what ever it is. I give these guys 5 stars I would give them 10 if it went that high. I highly recommend
