I am astounded at the lack of customer service, lack of communication, and overall attitude of "Oh well, we are busy, and we only have a few doctors". I have been trying to rebook a follow appointment, as my work schedule changed in January. First off, I was astounded when I tried calling to rebook a week before my appointment to learn via the voicemail that they were closed until Jan 10, while my appointment was for Jan 6. What? How can I have an appointment on the 6th if you are closed? I finally spoke with someone on Jan 4 who informed me that my appointment on the 6th was in Calgary! First that I heard of that one! I then tried to book a new follow-up appointment. She told me that the ONLY time that I could book was Wednesday afternoons at 3. Any Wed afternoon. Well, I work for a living, and have plenty of times that I can be there, but that is not one of them. She told me: We can't accommodate peoples' work schedules. That is the only time we have because we are very busy and don't have many doctors. WOW. Keep up the awesome service Surge! Guess I'm now forced to find a new clinic that may actually care about its' patients.
