Terrible association … subscribed my daughter for summer soccer … they have canceled the subscription … when they returned back the classes it was partial of the amount originally paid …. They refused to refund me the whole balance amount back claiming that there are admin fees …. Why do I have to pay for admin fees since you are the ones who canceled the subscription not me ????!!!!! About the Classes held it is way too week and not organized well …. It is just a waste of money to subscribe with this association … they rip your money for nothing

Regrettably, this soccer club has left me no option other than to turn to google review to share my despair with this association. My children signed up for the Timbit soccer club. To register you must pay without knowing which day of the week the soccer practices will be held. On April 20th they released the schedule and we found that our two children would have to go on alternating nights four days a week and due to conflicts with other commitments our daughter could not attend. On April 21st we asked if she could have a refund. Since then, the communication from the club has been intermittent and when it has occurred, it has been blunt and rude, refusing to refund the fee we paid for our daughter. It is unrealistic to take money from parents for a service without knowing which days the activity will be on without the option of a refund. My son decided to join the club and I am saddened to say the debacle continued. On arriving to practice we were given no direction as to where to go. Eventually a coach told us to go to a white container in the parking lot and someone would help us pick out a shirt. After waiting for 10 minutes, we asked another coach who told us to take what we wanted. By now there were several new parents also wanting soccer kits wondering what to do until everyone just started helping themselves by rummaging through assorted sizes until they got what they needed. Complete disorganization. Finally, my son was now permitted to play. This is when I became deeply concerned about the club. Children rotate though three stations of different activities. I know the coaches are parent volunteers but there still needs to be some level of control and instruction. I could only describe each activity as ‘free for all’ with children running around like headless chickens. No instruction on how to play soccer as a team. I grew concerned when my son got mixed up with another group during a rotation, no one even noticed. A coach he just trained with did not recognize that he was repeating a station and a coach he should have been with did not know he was missing. I realized it would be lucky if anyone even bothered to learn his name. The next week I registered him with Triple MEG. This experience has been the complete opposite. Coaches start the session by asking your name and getting to know you. The team activities are all play based but also teach and enhance soccer skills. Children are taught the fundamentals in a safe and controlled environment. They focus on teamwork and finish the session celebrating positivity and success. When I asked my son which club, he preferred he replied “Tripple MEG,” that should tell you everything you need to know.
