K	K G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a cubic yard of manure in March. What I received did not resemble manure although it was a bit warm in the centre. I counted at least 5 bricks and one cinder block and the majority of the material was mulch. I'm leaving a review because I'm disgusted in the amount of plastic that came in with this manure. It is now June and I pick out shreds of plastic daily from the manure that was distributed all throughout my yard. They have yet to provide any response to my complaint or correction action plan.

Over the last 2 weeks I ordered 4 bags of the garden mix soil for my new house and I very impressed by the consistency of soil quality in each bag. The driver dropped the bags exactly how I wanted them without any hassle and was very friendly. I will be ordering again.
N	Nick Lucas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 yards of soil and 2 yards of garden mix 2 weeks ago. Upon delivery the driver was very nice and delivered the soil where o wanted it. Unfortunately the truck left very black oil in my white concrete driveway. When I contacted the store about the matter the lady told me "just put some kitty litter on it." Then proceeded to give me an email address to contact about the matter. I have yet to hear anything from the store. It's not the first time I've had a delivery truck do this. So I know that kitty litter does not do a thing for this. So Instead I had to go buy 4 cans of brake cleaner and a gas power washer. Which after 4 hours of scrubbing and washing the stains are still there. So an extra $600 added to the cost of my delivery. Myself and my extended family have used SuperSac for years now but no longer. We will be using another company. UPDATE: So the company did reach out to me and offered some product to compensate for the black oil stains. Unfortunately I came home to another oil stain in the driveway. Though this time it was clean oil rather than black. While I appreciated the service the oil stains seem to be unavoidable I guess.

The phone staff were super helpful as I had delivery challenges due to my living in a townhouse. The soil itself was great, perfect consistency and it looked exactly like the photo. I didn’t find anything bad or odd in the soil like some people did. I got the perfect bag. Will shop with them again.

The driver was super friendly, happy & good at his job! He dropped the dirt exactly where we marked & kept his mask on when speaking with me. Very impressed with the service & the pricing! Will use this company yearly moving forward.

Over the phone, instead of acknowledging this mistake and politely asking if a new date was possible, I was made to feel as though the company's error was my problem. After being treated rudely over the phone, I decided to cancel the order. The customer service representative then proceeded to hang up on me. I phoned back and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. This request was denied, and again, astoundingly, I was hung up on. As a consumer, I don't believe I've ever been spoken to in this manner. My order was $500+, and while one cancelled order will not affect the company's bottom line in any significant way, it sure is a foolish way to lose a returning customer.

The lady who answered the phone was very polite, supportive, and friendly and assured me that I would get it on time. The next day the truck driver called me at 7:30 a.m. and delivered the gravel. It was clean and nice-looking. The driver was professional and polite, too. Only one recommendation, the driver should have called me 10 minutes before coming to my place.
