It's all thanks to Paul. He is extremely knowledgeable, very enthusiastic and made excellent suggestions. Will definitely be coming back for his help again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned before buying anything from Connon. The only thing that is of high level there are their prices.
But God forbid you run into a problem with your plant: once they pocketed your money you’re on your own: customer satisfaction is unheard of in there. They will just give you run around and mechanically keep repeating the litany about their policies like it happened to me when the plant I bought turned defective and wouldn’t grow.
Better go Costco or Terra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a plant is easy, you just figure out what you need or like and go to a nursery and pick it up, easy. However, designing and planting a complete garden is way more complicated. Spacing, varieties, sun, shade, cost all play a roll and can be quite confusing and intimidating. Not at Connon. We just got back from choosing and buying ALL our plants for the front yard and could not be happier, we truly had a wonderful experience. We were introduced to Chris B. (A plant guru) and he walked (drove) us around the whole complex looking for the best off all our choice plants. In this modern age of fast sales and disinterested sales staff, it’s great to find someone who has a real passion for plants and customer service. Well done Connon, well done Chris B.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very shady organization, they mislead customers and don’t stand behind their warranty, save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere. After spending thousands of dollars on trees, one tree died after 9 months (had a disease, another expert told me). I was originally told by Morgan that I had 3 years warranty on my products, only to be given the run around by Rachel and Ted Lindsay. They were unprofessional, un knowledgeable and rude. I followed an email escalation process after commencing this months ago, only to be given the run around and even the phone hung up on me by Ted. Save yourself the headache, other nurseries stand behind their products, this place is shady and it starts at the top. It’s clearly all about profits to Connon and the lack of customer respect and service is evident, there is no accountability! You decide where you spend your money, I recommend elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rushed home to write this review because I’m so pleased with the customer service I received at Connon Nurseries! The front line staff were all so helpful and than I was introduced to Paul… I was there to purchase two very large Locust trees and Paul just knew exactly where to take me in the yard for me to find my perfect trees! Paul made me very knowledgeable of the different kinds of locust trees making my decision to purchase a 90 mm huge Skyline Locust for my front yard and a 80 mm full size Shade Master Locust for my backyard. Paul made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish! From me purchasing the trees to him guiding me through the installation questionnaire that Connon Nurseries has every customer who buys a tree fill out. They offer 3 year guarantee on all trees that they install. A Big Thank You Paul you are AMAZING ?☀️John from Crystal Beach
The manager Brad is a FANTASTIC GUY! He made time to answer any further questions and also went above and beyond making me feel he really APPRECIATES MY BUSINESS!
