They've flourished - a couple look a little puny this year and may not make it, but the rest are enormous and bloom profusely, with only modest care and attention. Calls in to the office (to purchase Hortigro and anti-desiccant spray) have not been 100% reliable, but people in the office are always pleasant when you find them there! Very satisfied overall.

I wanted to give to friends in memory of their daughter who has passed away. Nicole at Hortico was so helpful and assured me that the plant was available even though several other garden centres and nurseries had told me that it wasn't available in Canada. Within a week, I picked up four beautiful plants. Our friends who are avid gardeners were very touched to receive the plant. It will have a special place in their garden as well as in ours. Thank you so much!

Didn't ship until middle of december, when it was too late to successfully plant. We lost all of the plants. Got nowhere with them - wouldn't replace, or admit they hadn't kept their promise. Crooks. Followup: They admitted (finally, sort of) that they had not kept their word about shipping when the roses were promised - which caused all to die. What did they do? Offer to replace at half price plus shipping....and asked if we would note the date of the transaction. Dishonest and unprofessional.

It was very well packaged and the plants arrived in excellent condition. Nicole of customer service was very helpful in assisting me with finding a replacement plant when something I wanted was sold out. I received two beautiful currant shrubs, two healthy and robust kiwi vines, and three ornamental grasses, all of which were difficult for me to find locally. I will certainly not hesitate to order from Hortico again.
