★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to work the housekeeping manager was maintenance person and the supervisor was housekeeping the both with no experience and any studied they got the position.
I don't like that work place. The supervisor was very bad person and the manager told me the toilets for resident they don't use brush to clean because is unsanitary. WUAW I don't know how they clean. The place look dirty and PSW don't take care good the resident

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have reasonable standards for the level of care your loved one receives in LTC, I implore you to stay far away from Alexander Place.
Constant and daily check ins are required with executive staff to ensure basic needs are met (i.e. water intake and grooming).
Nurses are overwhelmed which leads to disorganization of patient information and rudeness towards inquiring family members.
PSWs are generally good, albeit understaffed (which you will hear about from them regularly).
Three days after moving in, my father fell out of his wheel chair resulting in 7 stitches over his eye. Three months later he passed from an unrelated septic infection.
Surely there are better options out there, especially for those with specialized needs and who are unable to communicate. Devestated we ran out of time to do better by him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several days ago, wrote to them asking for correct mailing address, to send resident parcels. Post office keeps telling me there's a post office box for that area but not what it is .... and the home is ignoring me. Not impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on beautiful property with lots of grass, little wildlife and paved walking path into the forest! Staff are lovely and really care! Big sunny windows and spacious rooms.
