I ordered a barbeque and it was ready to be picked up April 13, I called and requested it be assembled. The person I spoke with said it would be 2 weeks because they were so busy. I called today May 2 and the person I spoke with today said she didn’t know why but my barbeque was not assembled. Apparently the first person never informed the assembly people of my request. So she said she had a guy (Phil, I come to find out) coming in today and she would get him on it. I received a call this evening from Phil telling me that the barbeque was ready. I would like to say how nice Phil was and also how efficient he was after hearing of my disappointment. He even took the time to find a stock # for a cover for it. Thanks Phil I really appreciate your caring!!! Five stars for Phil, Two stars for the first person I spoke with.

I would have given 0 stars but that wasn't an option. First off I was asked to have my stuff delivered as they needed to clear room for reopening which was fine but was told I would receive a call ahead which never happened. When the third party delivery guy showed up he said he had a delivery for me from Louies. Half my order was either crushed or damaged including one of my laminate/ hardwood glue bottles which leaked all over the rest of them. When I told the driver I wouldnt accept them he said I would have to call and complain as that's how they were given to him. Upon calling the store customer service said I will connect you with delivery...after waiting for someone to pick up no one did and the call ended. Decided to call back and explain to customer service that this was an issue with customer service was told I would be connected to a manager. Again waiting on hold for someone to pick up and no one did and the call disconnected. I realize we are in covid lock down but that's a little ridiculous.

My wife and I bought a new kitchen sink,was on clearance and thanks to the man working there we would of not got it,he went way beyond to help us out and it was much appreciated. Thank you!

They were just opening their garden centre to the public for the spring. Had some decent looking water fountains at reasonable prices plus a ton of other garden/patio accessories. They are a good alternative to home depot or Rona, the Hamilton store off Barton/Woodward seems well stocked and service is usually good.

What a great experience at Lowe’s today. Dave, in Lumber Management, and Alexis on Customer Service were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right. Very thankful to both these guys. Thanks a lot.

Website clearly showed holiday opening hours for the garden center as 7:00am. Went there and the employee stated we do not open until . Very 8:00am. The website is wrong. Very disappointing.
