Fast Bin

I had used this company many times in the past and not once did they put down plywood, despite at least one of the receipts specifically saying to do, before setting down a bin, but despite this I was generally satisfied with their service. This last time I had nothing but problems. When I ordered a bin through their website I got a call advising me they didn’t have any available for the date I wanted. Inconvenient, but it happens. Several days later they called me back asking if I still needed a bin, when I said that I did; I was informed they didn’t have any but could call me when they did. They did this two other times to check if I still needed one and again said they they didn’t have one . Why keep calling to tell me to tell me you still don’t have a bin for me to rent? Call me when you have one. I had used them in the past so I figured I could wait. Almost 3 weeks later they call me and finally dropped off a bin. Again, no plywood was put down. With past bin rentals the removal left only a few of minor surface scratches on the back driveway so I didn’t make any fuss about any damage. This last when they removed the bin it tore a big chunk of the asphalt, down to the gravel, and left massive scratches, all right in front of my kid’s basketball net. Its and older driveway, but that doesn’t mean that damaging it is okay. I called and, as they requested, sent them photos of the damage by email. Despite telling me that someone was would call me back to discuss it, they never did. I called numerous times, was told someone would call me back, but they never did. I was able to reach a manager, who said he knew nothing about this but was going to come out to look at the damage, and would call me back. That never happened. I tried a couple of more times to reach out to them and got the same result I have provided them with numerous opportunities to address the issue and they have given me the run around or ignored me. I am now forced to consider other remedies to the situation. I would never rent a bin from this company again, and highly recommend you rent from someone else.

Friendly correspondence & answered all my questions when I called. Bin was best price in my area. We had the largest sized bin & we were able to fill it completely. They did a check in and no problem to add some extra time.

Fast Bin's bins are priced competitively to all other options on the market. I ordered a bin at 4:45 p.m. for the next day, and it was dropped off in the morning. On the day I needed it picked up, I called at 9:30 a.m. and they had it gone by 11:00 a.m. They kept their word to me on pickup and drop off and the driver was very friendly and careful with the placement. I'd highly recommend these folks.

i Have used fast bins numerous times and they are always so amazing to work with. The drivers are so friendly and always make sure to put the wood down on my asphalt driveway!. Always super fast deliveries and pick-ups . Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for all your construction and renovation needs!!!

Prompt delivery, picked up when requested, received invoice quickly. Very pleased, have used them several times.

I requested the bin to arrive first thing in the morning on our agreed delivery date. After not receiving bin by 11am I contacted Fast Bin and they had scheduled other bin drop offs prior to mine. We finally received bin by 1 pm. Not the first thing in the morning as I requested at time of booking. Fast Bin assured me that their bin would not cause any damage to my driveway. When they came to pick up the bin there were 2 large scratches left by the bin on my driveway. Their employee said that they shouldn’t have delivered that particular bin to our home. I contacted Fast Bin right away and told them about the damage and what their employee said. I took pictures and sent them to Fast Bin. Their employee who picked up the bin said he would confirm with the manager about the damage caused by the bin. I was told that I would hear back from the manager/owner. After several weeks of calling I never heard from the manager/owner. Fast Bin has not communicated with me to try and resolve this issue. So now I am left with a damaged driveway. I would not recommend using this company even if they may be cheaper.

I would strongly urge everyone to look elsewhere before booking a bin with this company. To start off, the bin sat on my property for an extra 48 hours after I had called for it to be removed off my property. This resulted in two of my vehicles getting parking tickets. And to top it off, the wood the driver put down on my driveway before the bin was dropped was only 2 x 4's and thus caused major damage to my driveway. If 2 x 6's was used, there wouldn't have been an issue. I have called the company numerous times only to be told that Will (manager or supervisor or possibly owner?) is aware of the situation but never returns my calls. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service to say the least. I will never use this company again.
