As a new home builder of production homes, custom homes and condos, I expect my trades to be efficient, on time and on budget and Chris has always come through. Also, one of the most important aspects for me is that if there should be a need for a call back for any reason I rest assure that Chris or Derick will be there in reasonable time to take care of the issue. In all these years Chris and his right hand man, “Derick” have never let me down. They take pride and Joy in their work. Looking forward to many more years of working together!

One of the crew urinated on our property, the screws have popped out of the facia and there are huge bumps in the roof. When we called and told them about it, Chris said he would come by but never did. We called another company to fix their mistakes. Which they did with no issues! A year later more boards are heaving and more bumps and more screws working their way out of the facia. Called Chris again to fix, two guys came by. (Since we have a 15 year workmanship warranty - we paid for it why not try again). Left their truck running like they were in a hurry and couldn’t bother to listen to the things that needed fixing. One guy put more nails in the roof and the other said he would be back because he didn’t have the right screws! That was a week ago. We will be calling the same people that fixed Exterior Elements other mistakes! Save you time, money and sanity and go with a different company than Exterior Elements. I will not be holding my breath for them to come back and do the job right! So disappointed since their website was so promising! One plus was Chris did a great job on helping pick the color for the shingles and eavestrough which look really nice...That is the reason for the 2 stars or else it would be 1 star!

They were punctual when they came to quote, when they arrived to start the work and they finished the job on time. They were professional and courteous. They took the time to answer my questions and cared for the work conscientiously. The roof looks great! I would definately use them again!

After the last major wind storm I called Exterior Elements who quickly dispatched a crew to tarp and protect my roof from rain until such time as they could mobilize to complete more permanent repairs. From my initial call, to the end of the job they kept me informed of their schedule and left me with a professional looking roof and a neat and tidy site. I would highly recommend using them for your next roofing project.

After i scheduled the appointment they were quick to complete my roof in one day. I was not only impressed with the workmanship but also their care of my property when they cleaned up. Chris came by to say that his team would fix their mistake, but never followed up, avoided our calls and emails and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Very disappointed as we now have to pay another company to fix Exterior Element's mistake and also fix the drywall. Do not use this company!
