I thought it would of been a while for anyone to come but after a phone call to Jeff who is very a knowledgeable guy said would have someone ASAP! Days later lead by Brad he did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable, honest and friendly guy. He also took down a birds nest on my roof and cleaned it up talk about dedication! Thanks guys for the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had sofit come away during wind storm. Called in AM and was told their repair guy would call in the PM. He sure did and arranged an AM repair next day. Brad was personable, on time and got the job done no problem high up on 3rd story! Several other companies basically said it wasn't worth their while so I'm really pleased with Goldstars response. Excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for a quote. I waited around for someone all afternoon and no one showed up. I called 2x since then to reschedule but no response. Waste of my time.
Update: received an estimate after 5 days. It was better priced than others I received. If they end up doing the job I will update on the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff and team has done a fabulous job. They came in the morning on top and did the entire roof in a day. Made sure they left the place clean. Their turn around time during warranty is also super quick. Came in and fixed a little wind damage within hours of reporting, no questions asked. Great job !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff and his team at Gold Star knocked this one out of the park, from start to finish an excellent job all around. Right from the start with the quote package which list all the information including WSIB documents we could tell we were on the right path with this company. Jeff came to our house and explained everything , if fact he spent a lot of time explaining the why's and why not of roofing and the different products. what stood out to me the most besides their commitment to safety was how he talked about the warranties and how he was the one going after the OEM for his customers. Work started on time with a great crew who were very respectful on our property , the bin was dropped of on wood and each day the area was cleaned up. Good constant communication during the job always let us know where they were and kept us up to date on the completion time. Let's face it roofing is a huge expense and we want value and well, perfection when it is completed. Gold star delivered on both in spades. We would not hesitant in the least to recommend Jeff and his team. Thank you we appreciate the extras and making our home complete again.
