★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired these guys last year for to repair a flat roof on my detached garage after hiring and paying someone else who did a terrible job because it was not water tight. The roof needed to be replaced again including the wood as it was covered in black mold less than 6 months after it was installed. I hired Bosani roofing and Ben from Bosani assesed the roof and gave me a quote ( very reasonable) he replaced the wood and installed a proper flat roof system. He did an excellent job. Its been 1 year and there have been no issues.
Last week the roof on my house sprung a leak. I called Bosani and Ben assessed the situation and discovered it was not the roof but the metal roof that is over my front porch steps. It's bolted to my house via 5 big metal screws. He patched this and water is no longer coming down the wall. I am so happy to have found this company. They know what they are doing in and aren't out to rip anyone off. I did call and get 2 other quotes and was shocked at the ridiculous quotes I was getting and these so called professional were wrong about where the leak was!
As a single woman who has been ripped off in the past, I greatly appreciate the professionalism.

We needed a whole new roof and Ben was very responsive throughout the whole process with getting a quote, setting a date for the job and everything was done so fast within a few hours. I felt the price was fair and better than other quotes I got and the whole thing went smoothly. The team arrived on time, took care of our property during the process and were professional.
