★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience ... worst experience I've ever had. There was no acceptable resolution available when there was a problem. The ice machine across the hall from room 101 was vibrating so badly that you could feel the vibrations in the entire room, which transferred to the bed. For health reasons I was unable to remain in that room.
The Management is seriously lacking in that hotel, to say the least! I was advised by the night staff to contact the hotel the next day between 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., for resolution, as she was unable to do anything. I was told the next day after I contacted them that the manager was not in office (10 a.m. 'ish) but would be in later. As per my two or three phone conversations with the front line worker the next day, the manager never bothered to show up for work the next day, nor has he or the front line worker on shift the next day, contacted me for follow up and resolution.
There are other hotels in the area & I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. This is a substandard Super 8 in my humble opinion. I am dissatisfied with my approx. two hour stay & was forced to vacate due to there being no other rooms on the main floor made available that allow pets. The offer of the room on the second floor as a resolution was unacceptable, given there is no elevator (only stairs). I am physically unable to carry my baggage up a flight of stairs. Problem resolution is substandard for this hotel & the front line staff appear to have little management support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. They advertise high speed internet but that is a straight up lie. We have to stay here for work sometimes and the wifi is never on. You will be using your data if you are here. When you do manage to find the network, your speeds will be slower than when your phone speeds are being throttled for being over your data cap. If you are only stopping for a night it's not a bad choice. If you need wifi for work or any other reason, look somewhere else. 3/5 for the lie about the internet, otherwise it's a good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 1 night on our way to Ontario. Central reservations messed up our reservation so the room we booked was not an option because we are travelling with our dogs. The staff at check in were apologetic and super helpful. They called around to see if other hotels in the area could accommodate us but none of them had the room type we were looking for. I appreciate that they really tried to help. In the end we booked and stayed in a standard room, and they waived our pet fee for the mistake. The hotel Is well located, very clean, comfy beds, and super helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast is currently available as a breakfast bag to take to your room, which is pretty much the standard for hotel breakfasts since Covid. I feel like the staff really went out of their way to help. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Super 8 many times and although we have always had a pleasant experience, Jessica went above and beyond for us. She was extremely personable, accommodating and polite and ensured we had every thing we needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing customer service Jessica, thank you for the enjoyable experience.
