The Salesman Dan was personable, not pushy, explained all the details. He answered all our questions on the spot. He did not have to put us off until he found answers. How great to shop in our home town!
Coming away happy and satisfied with our experience and the vehicle we wanted.

My recent service experience was great - very efficient and professional. They checked everything according to the full factory recommended service points, and I'm now ready for more highway travel. Highly recommended.

A courtesy car is always available if my truck is in the shop. F150 has been my choice for a truck for many many years, and I don't see that changing any time soon!

They were honest and upfront about everything and that made the buying experience great compared to dealerships I have visited in the past. I highly recommend visiting Westward Ford if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Westward ford (in Portage) today to have a key cut. When I walked in I stood at counter waiting for help. I saw two male workers and one female. One guy who was behind counter to my right was chatting it up to another guy. They kept talking without acknowledging my presence. I waited at least 3 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help and the 2 guys chatting continued to ignore me. The one guy finally leaves and the guy behind desk did not even ask if I needed help. Finally, (which felt like forever) he puts on his mask and asks me what I needed. He didn't apologize, he had no personality and seemed annoyed with me. He seemed miserable honestly and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No one seemed happy, it was a horrible experience and I'll get my keys cut else where from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop manager Roxy is very rude and inconsiderate. Didn't say hi to me the last 5 times I was here. He just goes quiet and stares. Sales and parts desk seem very friendly as well as shop staff. Although ROXY HEIBERT completely turned me off of this dealership. Solely because of him I will not ever be back and will tell anybody considering this shop I will share all of my very negative experiences and visits. 0% out of 100%. It's worth the trip to Brandon or Winnipeg just to avoid this shotty/ slack/ not caring attitude. Have complained previously and no action was taken due to Roxy bring the shop manager. This dealership is failing due to the weakest link.
