We went over a bunch of different options and vehicles that would meet my needs, within two weeks I was all set and Eileen drove my new car out to my office, picked up my trade in and completed the transaction. It was seamless and the experience was amazing dealing with Eileen, you could tell she was all for the customer and not so much herself or anything else. I drove that car for 3 weeks and noticed something was off a bit. I called Eileen right away and explained to her what it was I was noticing. Eileen agreed. She said "Mike I do not want this for you, I will call you back" Eileen Called back within hours and said "Mike, we will get to the bottom of this and you have nothing to worry about" Well.....Let me tell you, Eileen went above the call of duty and made things right. I could not of imagined how things would have turned out if I didn't have Eileen and Rowley Wilson Auto Sales in my corner. Eileen, I can't thank you enough!! All the very best! And Thank you for helping my good Friend Bari, get into his new vehicle as well. He loves it. You really are a shinning star in the Auto Industry!! I've never had service like this before!!

I have gotten myself in such a mess with my credit she has helped me understand and educate me on my options in repairing my credit. I have never ever been educated before being sold. Most car dealers are about making a fast sale and are quick to take your money especially in the car industry! My situation I never imagined I would be driving my new ride !!On top of that but there was a few things she handled on the vehicle for me !!! Incredible service I have since sent her 4 of my friends and will continue to send her clients !! I actually cried when she handed me the keys to my new car.
