Just went this morning. The lady on the Front desk is very genuine and helpful. The service was very quick and i really satisfied. Also the price is genuine. I will suggest everyone to visit here once.

Okay so I went for oil change after confirming all the charges over a call twice and when I reached there the guy asked for $15 extra to which I said I had already confirmed the price and this doesn't make sense. This guy (the owner) started shouting and when confronted he started abusing me by using foul language. If I have to describe this guy in one line it's No Education No Class No Manners Pathetic behaviour and when I went through some of the reviews now it seems they play this price gimmick with many. I think the positive reviews are all paid as I have never met such an abusive person after landing to this country.

Visited the place first time for a safety check. The lady at the counter was professional and knowledgeable. She charged a nominal fee and was quick to complete the job. Will definitely visit again.

Great customer service. Anita the manager ensures the job is done in a timely manner and correctly installed. She took care of our insurance claim and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Took my 2009 Tucson for safety inspection before buying. Safety inspection certificate cost $100 taxes in without any repair. One star was awarded for their honesty not to raise unnecessary repairs. Another star was awarded for showing me the defective parts before replacing them. 3 stars were lost for the following reasons: One star was lost because they book too many people that they could not handle at the same time. Their argument is that many people do not show up for appointments. But if you don't want to be waiting for too long after your appointment, arrive at least half hour before appointment to be ahead of the crowd. Second star was lost because their hourly rate is $125 + tax which I find too high for a privately owned shop. Third star was lost because they charged me for two hours of labour to replace the left drive axle and left ball joint when I was watching my car lifted on the hoist waiting for the parts. The parts arrived at 11:00 am and my car was down the hoist at noon with all work completed. I have been still charged for two hours $250 + tax and when I argued they replied that they had two people working on the same car which is untrue as they had two hoists with the two technicians working on two different cars at the same time. Perhaps one of them gave a hand to the other for few minutes or so but that was about it. They also charged me $17 + tax for shop supplies that I have not seen. If you take your car to this shop for repair, prepare to pay for labour at least double what you would pay at a very honest shop. I try to keep my reviews unbiased and balanced to extend the benefit to everyone. Update after reading response from business: Unfortunately, the update from the business includes lots of non-sense unless they confused me with another customer. My appointment was at 9:00 am on May 12 and I was at the shop at 7:50 am because I came from London and I wanted to beat the morning rush hour. The only reason for picking the business was that they had overall good reviews and that they're close to the residence of the car seller who did not trust me to drive his car with his own plates and insisted on driving his car for a short distance and that was the only reason for authorizing the business for the work despite their inflated prices, just to be able to work with a picky and difficult car seller. The business opened at 9:05 and started taking customers around 9:15 am when there were 4 customers waiting all booked at 9:00 am and I insisted to be the first to be served because I arrived before everyone else. Clearly, the shop booked 4 customers at 9:00 am when they had only two technicians who can only handle two customers at once. The other two customers had to wait. This is my first visit to this shop and I have no reason to make things up against it. Thanks for reading my review.
