★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2019 truck from out of province. The sales person and manager assured me the truck was in great shape and clean. When the truck arrived in my town, it smelled VERY strong of cigarette smoke! I called the dealer right away and they did cover the cost of cleaning the truck. Although, they told me they did not smell anything when they had the truck. My mechanic took out the cabin air filter and said its obvious that the truck had been smoked in VERY heavy for years. This is the kind of thing the dealership should tell people before they spend that kind of money! Ruined the excitement of buying a new to me truck. Good deal and pleasant people to work with, but not trust worthy. Wish they were honest about it being a smokers truck. I would not have bought the truck if I knew the truth about it. I'll give them 2 stars for being nice people over the phone and the decent deal but minus three stars for the dishonesty and the unpleasant experience when I first picked up the truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Doesn't that look good as new? Took a little bit longer than we thought but the body shop team did an amazing job fixing her up. Also, the Fantastic job they did cleaning the inside and outside made it all worthwhile! I had a LOT of dirt in that bed... and now it is clean! Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best in class! Tyler Dunn is hands down the most customer oriented sales manager in the game. A true man of his word in a business where that’s hard to come-by these days. Honestly, couldn’t have been better taken care of during an unfortunate situation with vehicle delays. This was my second new vehicle purchase through Dunn Ram Trucks and they hit the ball out of the park again. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, just go see Tyler and his team. It’s well worth the drive to Portage.
