★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service from Jesse Bichard. I'm the kind of lady that knows NOTHING about tires. Jesse was awesome! One of the most genuine people I've ever dealt with, going out of his way to make sure I was happy with the tires I purchased. Hands down best service I've had in a long, long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a warning light coming on while we were on a road trip. We stopped by Kal Tire and asked if they could look at it. They checked it out and ran a few tests. When they were done they didn't charge us for the checks they did. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service here. Called at 8AM Monday morning with "emergency" tire replacement. Staff was very pleasant for a Monday morning, and not only did they get me in right away, they said it'd be done by noon. I got a text at 10 saying my truck was ready.
Courtesy ride back to work after dropping my truck off was a nice touch too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KAL Tire gave me a quote on work another garage said needed to be done. They were 40% cheaper! The staff were friendly and professional. The work was done quickly. I am very happy with the entire experience. I always get my tires here, but now service work too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a new set of A/T tires put on my truck recently here. I had written off Kal tire in Winnipeg as an option as their Service is consistently terrible. Andrew at the counter is a beauty, spent some time, and gave me what I needed to decide on a set of tires. Excellent service and a really nice guy. I would recommend dealing with him to anyone looking for tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to call Kal Tire to check my vehicle after it wouldn't start. Dropped off at end of day Wednesday for them to check Thursday morning. Call back was mid morning with full explanation of diagnosis and estimate and after giving authorization to continue, my vehicle was done and ready before lunch hour! Awesome customer service and mechanical service .. fast/friendly and affordable! I will now be dealing with Kal Tire for any future issues and also recommend others to do so as well. THANK YOU KAL TIRE STAFF!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. Phoned in for an emergency fix and was assured Kal would get it in right away. As I was calling from the competitions parking lot who was unable to get it I right away and it was 2:40 and was assured it would be done by at 3:30 when I had to pick my daughter from school. At3:25 almost an hour later my truck was still sitting outside in front of the doors not even looked at yet. No reason given no appology offered. Unacceptable standards priod and I for one will not be going back.
