D	Dylan Friend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a vehicle for my newly started business for approx. $30,000, the vehicle was purchased with the promise it had a safety done and was in good working order. This was not the case, there is several safety related components on the vehicle which have failed in a time frame that is not reasonable with a recent safety being done ( I've only owned the vehicle for 4 months). I inquired with the man from Paul's that I bought the vehicle from, with no answer of course. There was also a ton of poorly done body work that was done to cover up flaws on the vehicle which has since rusted through. They knew I was under pressure when I bought this because I just started business - and this company still misrepresented what they sold me, I would not recommend them to anyone!

I even had him do a transmission flush, oil change and an alignment all included in the price. He is very fast, reliable and a very honest salesman. Straight honest work. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! Great prices! Great honest work!

Well I’m not sure if they just didn’t do it at all, or if they didn’t do it properly, but regardless, even at that $60 cost, I still feel like I was ripped off because the cars alignment is exactly the same, if not worse. Super disappointed.
E	Ed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car had been acting funny, and I quickly brought it over to Paul's Auto service. I have used another mechanic in the city but felt I was getting leeched into continuous services, and my car never felt "Fixed". I came in with a question about a specific part, but was told it would be best to fix something else (the timing belt, which was something I needed to get done anyways - don't skip on this!!) It's a pricey repair, but I felt I was quoted fairly, as they had to do a number of other issues found within the engine (unless you're a mechanic or know cars, it is difficult to assess these things because you need to look INTO the engine) My car feels fixed and rides like it. I noticed a couple of things they must have done to give me a smoother ride which doesn't correlate to fixing my initial problem, so I am thankful. However, I did notice slight issues with the fuses after the repair. I gave them a call right afterwards and they said to come in to take a look. All in all, I'm happy with the service and enjoyed my time speaking with Huseyin. I'm sure everything will work out smoothly with my new inquiry. Remember, be honest and upfront when dealing with mechanics.. they will notice whatever you're not telling them, it makes it easier for all parties!

You will always get an honest assessment of what is needed and there is no pressure to make a decision the prices are reasonable and the workmanship is top quality. I have been taking my Corvette and Trucks to Paul for 5 years and my Mother bring their vehicles to him as well.
