E	E Reminders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Booked Joe the Mover in Dec 2020 to move a 1-bdrm apt. 2. Movers were on time (actually arrived early). 3. They booked me for a comically large truck (16'?) for this move and 3 movers. In my opinion, 3 movers probably was unnecessary - but I'm not an expert. 4. Movers slow walked the move. Had to extend service elevator reservation. Otherwise the move was fine. 5. Mysteriously a large, moderately expensive 88-key keyboard was not delivered. One of the movers had commented on the keyboard earlier. 6. I called and noted the missing item. The owner was rude. He insisted I was wrong, and that I search my place again. I said I would - but also insisted he speak to the movers. 7. I followed up by email. I received a reply saying the keyboard had been found. It was delivered by the mover who had commented on it. 8. I'm generally a trusting person, and give the mover the benefit of the doubt. However, I am writing this review to share what I experienced.

They broke a ton of our stuff in boxes very clearly labelled "FRAGILE" and they were drunk. I hope the driver wasn't, but who knows. They took forever to arrive at my new place which wasn't that far away and when they did, they brought things up slower and slower and smelling of alcohol more and more. It was pretty obvious they were drinking when going to the truck to pick up our things. Plus they were extremely rude. Just horrible service and I've moved many many times in the past 10 years. Never have I had such a terrible experience.

They took the time to make sure all the furniture was properly protected. The rate is amazing. I paid $145 fixed price to book which covers gas and transportation. Then the rate was $90/hour for three movers. I would highly recommend them.

Rafael the owner was great, charges very reasonable prices for the great service he provides - and MOST importantly, he sent an amazing team led by Luke. If are fortunate enough to get Luke as your team lead you will be in the best hands possible. And all the guys were great. They were competent, professional, careful, caring and gentleman. Thank you Rafael, Luke and the rest of the team!

I have used this company for over 8 moves and this time I will never ever ever uSe them again. They ruined marble pieces of my furniture by carelessly taping random things together, thousands of $ ruined… for them to basically say “ oh well” Many other issues had arisen, when speaking with the owner I was yelled at and sworn at. I was offered a total of 300$ refund for over a 5000$ move for their lack of professionalism. I honestly have never written a review in over 20 years of using any company for anything, although I will never refer a single person to them ever again for the way the owner acts. I’d personally rather pay double than work with this company again in my life time. Rafel you should be ashamed of the way you spoke to me on the phone and re think your business skills.
