Room was very clean and spacious.
The hotel itself is very unique with open concept.
Having worked in hospitality for 18 years, I highly recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot to stay. Check-in was a bit on the rough side but overall one stop shop! Clean and comfortable rooms, awesome hot tub with pool and water slide, tavern, barber, casino/bar, gym, curling rink! You name it this hotel has it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel and nice rooms. My son loves the slide at the pool (only thing I didn't like was carrying him up the stairs a million times). Staff was nice except for there was a lady that was sorta rude at the front desk at checkout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to swim in the pool. Noticed the water tasted a little salty after going down the slide.
This isn't a salt pool. Yuck!
No hot water at night.
Aaltos is closed and the Tavern doesn't open until 4. No coffee, breakfast or lunch is available.
Definitely not the standards I've come to expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service from employees was great, but hotel rooms were extremely depressing. Very dark, florescent lighting, not a single piece of art anywhere, no privacy curtain on the window so either you have to have the window wide open to get any light and everyone in the parking lot can see into your room or have it closed and pitch black in the room. Also windows are exceedingly small. TV is about 20 years old and too small to even see from the bed. I stay in alot of hotels for work but this one was by far the worst in terms of room quality. Not to mention the bathroom light was flickering and the bathtub still had hair in it from the previous People. Severely needs an update

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awesome hotel chain - especially if you have kids!! Super cool indoor pool (and hot tub), large rooms with a comfortable bed, and friendly staff! The price was great and shocking based on the quality of the hotel!
I wish they would expand west! We will definitely stay at a Canad Inn if available on our next road trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service over the phone and in person. I was in town for my husband's surgery and needed a quiet place to rest. The bed and comforter/pillows were extremely comfortable! The queen room had a hideaway couch, microwave, fridge etc and a desk area. I would have used the hot tub but was "isolating" due to surgery etc. Motel seems a little old (carpet needs replaced on stairs) but we would love to bring our family here sometime. Restaurant was not open due to covid but Skip the Dishes delivered.
