J	John Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quite like this market. They have a great selection of unique foods. It's a bit of drive for me to get here, but I come most everytime I am in Red Deer. In particular they carry a great selection of juices. My only complaint is I have to be careful to look at the expiration dates as I have purchased spoiled produce that was in a sealed package. I live too far away to return it so, I just piched it out, but now I make a special point to look very closely to confirm fresh. Otherwise, I love the selection and the friendly staff.

Picked up several items for a charcuterie board, even though they were a bit higher priced than their competitors. Got them home, two of the cheeses were moldy and one of the meats didn't smell right. Staff promptly refunded us upon returning the items, to us it seemed like a routine thing for them... no apologies or concern that items that weren't past expiration date were bad.
E	Empty Shadow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to check out the grand opening today. I've seen the coming soon banner at the mall and have been very intrigued as their opening approached. The staff was very friendly and made me rethink my grocery buying experience. Personable staff like Stacie were happy to show me products that I couldn't find anywhere else in Red Deer. They were proud to have small business and family owned products on their shelves. I tried their Alfredo in the hot food section and it was delicious. I look forward to trying more from their menue. If there is something you are interested in or want to know more about how they are different, don't be afraid to ask a staff member. The manager Ravi was very happy to answer any questions I had and made me feel like I was already part of the Sunterra family. I can't wait till they start their cooking classes so I can learn some new things!

They had a very good selection of products, and was a well organized store. I was in search of a product and found a grocery clerk, his name tag read Brett I believe. He was very personable & knowledgeable, and was able to help me find what I was looking for efficiently. He was professional & his customer service was incredible. I will definitely be coming here again, due to this great experience!

But I noticed that quality and freshness of some food we would buy there aren't good. I am tired to spend money for expired groceries. I already returned soup and a beg of coffee. Also some food that my husband bought were expired - tofu, sour cream. Or when you spend $45 on peace of bacon and expiration date in 4 days. Just frustrating. I called couple times and everything that they can say- please come back and return. What if I don't want to waste my time and always come back?! Always good customer service, but it isn't enough to keep people coming back.
M	My Day Off on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good selection of high quality products! I cashed in on my free pasta and bread today $25 value and expires May 31,2021. They have very friendly and helpful staff. The store is very clean wasn't too busy on Sunday morning. A+

More than their amazing food, the super amazing customer service that I have always received in those stores, the name has a sentimental value to me. I love their fresh products, and I love the employees in there. They all are super amazing people. Thank you Sunterra for feeding me good meals during my lunch time or coffee breaks at work.
