★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is super super lovely even though the cut wasn't exactally what we asked for it was pretty uneven in the back and way to short. the staff dealt with it amazingly gave us a refund and offered to fix it for free once it grows out a little bit, we will definitely be coming back to get it fixed just asking for a different stylest with a little more experience. Front desk lady was an absolute gem in this world and if all customer service was dealt with in this manner people would never leave bad reviews. Cannot believe how amazing the staff dealt with it and how sympathetic they were with my boyfriend absolutely amazing and we're so grateful just because of this service we will be coming back but his hair does look really funny for now thank goodness he always wears a hat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank goodness they were open until 8pm on a Saturday night! It was a stressful day of touring kids around and I was able to get 30 minutes to myself and decompress. I didn’t even have to wait. It was a haircut that was long overdue. The barber helped me decide what to do and was done quickly. Leaving lots of time for the scalp massage and hot towel service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hair dresser did a great job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She cut my hair, gave me an awesome scalp massage, then showed me what product I should use and how to use it to keep my style as well as tips for styling when it starts to grow out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience with Tommy Guns. I made an appointment so I just had the classic cut (no neck shave). I like my hair short so the barber used clippers and did a far superior job than I do on my own. So much so that my wife suggests I not do my own anymore! He was very polite but quiet and I’m used to a chatty hairdresser. Either way I’ll be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hadn’t had a haircut for over 2 years. Came in 30 minutes to close and they were able to squeeze me in. They also had no problem helping cut my long hair off and helping me preserve it so that I can donate it. Super friendly and accommodating staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I've gotten a hair cut from Tommy guns, it's always been the best experience. However, my most recent visit was the best I've had. My barber (I didn't catch her bame) went the extra mile to help me out! I highly recommend you stop by and try for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Significantly better than many of other Tommy Gun's locations I've been too, the barber I saw was very careful, and had a fine attention to detail, and discussed many different aspects of the cut with me, and got much of my own opinion on different parts of the cut as well as mentioning her own expertise. She also took the time to give the full comfort experience with the steaming towel, and scalp message, witch are frequently left out at other franchise locations. Overall I ended up with a clean professional cut that I was happy with, and even delt with some of the natural issues with my hair such as a cowlick. I would consider the careful details and attention of the cut to be worth the hefty price.
