It took me years to find a stylist that heard me! Stephanie makes her space welcoming to all! After every appointment I leave feeling empowered and beautiful. She’s always willing to go the extra mile for her clients, even when you have questions about product she will make it a mission to find what will suit you! Such a respectable woman. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new stylist!

Buyer beware!!! I had Stephanie install 20” of rose and mason hair extensions back in December. I’ve been getting extensions for over 4 years and am a huge fan of braidless sew in methods, so was curious to try this one. I usually get Bellamy hair which has always been great, but I decided to give these a try. Stephanie promotes her products and services as a premium in the business, so I was comfortable paying for what I thought was the highest quality. Not even a month after wearing my extensions, they started to frizz and tangle after washing. I confronted Stephanie about this and she agreed to have a look by having me come to her place so she could wash and style them. By applying a lot of smoothing product, then using the blow dryer directly on the hair, followed by styling with heat tools, the hair came out smoother and I left with some of the product she used. Fast forward to today (3 months after install) and these extensions are ATROCIOUS !! Breaking off at the ends so bad that the length is dwindling by the day. I can’t even run my fingers through them an hour after brushing. Quality hair should last a year!! It usually does for me anyway. Again I contacted Stephanie to advise her of what I’m experiencing so she could make this right and she is adamant that she doesn’t offer refunds. I understand not offering refunds for quality product but when it doesn’t deliver and it costs over $500.00 there should be a caveat to that. It’s only been three months. My initial concerns were a few weeks after they were put in. Maybe it was just a bad batch of hair. This happens sometimes, but Stephanie doesn’t care. I also want to add that her fee for tightening is 150% higher than other salons that offer the same service. I asked why it’s so high before booking my tightening and was told it’s because she reinstalls the hair each time. At my first tightening appointment this wasn’t the case. She moved up the top row by opening the beads and only reinstalled the bottom. No need for this fee to be so high. I wasn’t going to write a review but I think people need to know about my experience so hopefully they don’t have the same. This is not a good product, and not how you treat your customers. People pay good money for quality products and deserve what they pay for. Stephanie did reach out to me after this review and tried to blame the quality of this hair on product. Again I have had quality hair extensions for years and I assure you this is not a product issue. Take your money elsewhere, you’ll be happy you did. Shame on you Stephanie!!!

Stephanie is the first person I've trusted in a long time to work with my hair, I've never had extensions before and she made the process very easy and thoroughly explained the process as well as the care afterwards. I'm super happy with my hair now and it looks completely natural!

Stephanie did hair extensions for me today and I love them! She has an eye for colour and blended the extensions so beautifully with my hair. So happy!

10/10 recommend. Stephanie is so amazing at what she does, she’s polite, friendly and her extensions look absolutely amazing . Her salon is clean and inviting and has all her products on hand. She’s always followed all the COVID protocols with masking and cleanliness . I always look forward to my appointments. You come out of there looking and feeling amazing .

I’ve been a client of Stephanie’s for several years now. I started out with hair cuts/ colors and am now in love with her line of hair extensions. I’ve always used clip in extensions but once I tried her extensions and her unique technique of installation I was hooked . Stephanie is always aiming to please and she does an amazing job every time. Stephanie is extremely talented , knowledgeable and thoroughly enjoys making people feel beautiful. I wouldn’t go to anyone else . I highly recommend her !
