e	elle roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had what I needed. Microwave and fridge. Older Motel but clean. Wildlife freely roam thru so have your camera ready. You just never know what you will capture.

We booked a company stay and was clear with the front desk that we were unsure how long we would need to stay, being low season, it was not an issue to add extra nights. At the end of our first 3 nights, we communicated with the desk that we need some extra nights, but are still unsure if we will need all of them, it was decided that we would pay for an 3 extra days, at this time they did not communicate to us that they will insist on 72 hours to cancel. Assuming it was a standard 24 hours cancellation for a 2 star Motel during low season, we subsequently ended up not needing the last night and asked them if we could cancel with 24 hours notice. Unfortunately, front desk refused to offer a refund to us for the last night (as we had prepaid), and cited some fine print in an email they sent to us with the invoice. Would not even meet us for a half way refund! Management was rude and very impersonal when it came to reasoning with a well paying and likely return customer. Cash grabbers during the off season unfortunately.Will not be returning due to under handed policies.
V	Vancouver scrap metal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place to stay and relax when i am in Gibson's. The rates they charge are affordable considering the space the rooms offer and proximity to bc ferries. By far this motel is my favorite place to stay while in Gibson's.
M	Matthew Bavis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gas station, bank and grocery store are a short walking distance. Good service and housekeeping. The rates reflect the condition. Only the top outlet in each wall receptacle worked. Safe area. Would stay again

There was what appears to be a blood stain on the ceiling above the bed in room 123. The floors did not feel very clean. Walls are thin. Shower doesn't work well at all. For $100 a night I'll stay somewhere else next time
