★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here the other day. They had wayyy too many staff. There was like 5 people on the floor when the store itself isn't that big. But i absolutely hate pushy sales people. I told them I was browsing and one girl kept handing me sunglasses that were very obviously too big for me or just plain gross. And then all the staff were talking very loudly with each other and inbetween customers, i just found it weird. And lastly, my boyfriend had a coffee in there and he sat it down a for second and one of the employees pounced on him to remove it. I just found my visit here very annoying and I probably won't go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service by manager. Do not shop here as if you need to return something he will not let it happen. Sunglasses were never worn as they were a xmas gift and he tried showing me scratches on both lenses which I or anyone else could see. He just didnt want to return them. Was super rude. I then go to another sgh and the guy there returned them no problem
Stay away from this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tyler as well as the manager of Sunglass Hut (the store! not the kiosk located inside Crossiron Mills mall) provided me with my best ever experience as a customer/consumer. I needed to claim warranty on a pair of glasses that were gifted to me. I didn't not have my original receipt however they so kind and informative and still able to help. I walked out of their with a fresh pair of sunglasses and a huge smile on my face. That's so there today.
