★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience I have ever had, I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses from Sunglass Hut online at this location. I wasn't sure about them, one of the staff members named Naomi convinced me to buy it and that I have 30 days to return it. I barely tried them, I went to return them after 2 days when I realized that it didn't fit on me. Naomi was very rude, bad attitude, she took the sunglasses and kept cleaning and rubbing them for 15 minutes, and in the end she took me under different lights to show me a scratch that she couldn't show me, she refused to return or exchange it and said that I have to wait for manager who is never in the store the 3 times I went there. That's not scamming. I went the next day to the other location and it took 5 min and it was returned with no issue. Never ever going back again to this store.

But this time I was confused there was a girl work there she was horrible to deal with and I’m consider myself as loyal client who buy 2 sunglasses each season but this girl she was totally rude and she didn’t help me in anything I was going to buy another sunglasses but she ruined my day and I come next day to do that
In the other side which make it nicer and back to normal there’s was Ramon he so nice and patient and help me with smile and kindness to get what I want
Also the manger ed was so helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal customer service, would not take my brand new sunglasses back because the clerk was on a power trip and feeling really important that day. Took them to a diffrent sunglass hut in kingsway and i had no problems.

They know how to sell their glass. No customer service or customer rights......
They won't listen to you also if you go to buy glasses they are not happy to show you, the glasses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tried to come here to get glasses but bad experince. Horrible customer service. There will be 3 people working and 1 customer in the store and they still act annoyed when you ask a question as simple as where can I find the certain frames. The first trip in I left quickly due to the rudeness but ended up giving it another try a month later when other employees were there and it was an even worse experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. bad attitude, the cashier Gisele was very rude and refused to return the glasses. She accused me that the glasses has been worn and has scratches, I couldn't find any scratches and even if it does have, I purchased the display one. She is extremely rude and she didn't believe me when I told her that I just barely tried it. She took the glasses and kept cleaning and rubbing them for 15 minutes. and in the end she said it has been worn and has scratches and she cant return it. Gisele didn't even show me the scratches.I will talk to the store manager Andy and hopely he will understand me . It is very disappointing when you are telling the truth and and people do not believe you. I have purchased two styles of Chanel brand, and I just decided to return one, I am not that kind of person that wear things for a period of time and return it back. Gisele should be fired and I am pretty sure that she is rude to all customers when it comes to return. Never going back again to the upper level location.
