★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is going to be a funny review because the equipment I rented did not perform as expected. However on the upside they brought another piece of equipment and upon hearing my concerns did not charge me for the pick up delivery and pick up again or for the rental. I was not surprised that they did not charge me as the equipment did not function properly however there was no hassle when it came to the cost of the rental Mel just said we will take care of it. I will definitely rent from Mel and his team in Cloverdale again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service, Friendly staff. I dealt with Adam. The rates were reasonable, they delivered same day and had a tech out within an hour of us calling for a minor issue with the lift. We are only a 10 minute drive from their location so that may have been a contributing factor. I felt very comfortable with their policies surrounding covid. Completely paperless and contactless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for a $15 charge to be returned to my visa. I called and spoke with a manager a week ago. He assured me it would be refunded. The charge was for insurance but a cable broke which was not our fault. So it should never have been charged seeing as we were refunded for the rental fee right away. Also the charge was put through 5 days later when my credit card was not present. Their policy is no rental can be reserved without a credit card present... So you have to go in to reserve. But they can charge me a insurance fee days later without knowledge. And now I'm having to harass them to get my money back. Annoyed to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with this company from the counter staff lining me up with the correct size lift for the job all the way to the on time and friendly delivery service. Definitely recommend sunbelt rentals cloverdale. I will be using them again for the next job.

My Husband and I made a reservation for a bobcat to be delivered to our home and without us thinking about it we needed a tracked machine instead of wheels, the driver said no problem I will head back to the shop and switch it out for a tracked machine, he showed up with the equipment we needed within 45 minutes. I offered him a tip and he kindly refused as he said it was his job and didn't need any extra compensation .
I have used United Rentals and Coopers in the past and they didn't come near to the customer service of Sunbelt . We will be returning customers
