Nice to walk into a gym & Ola calls you out by name. I knew it was going to be challenging for me and I felt very overwhelmed at first but my trainor Anoop has helped me overcome some of my fears & gives me great positive feedback. Thank you so much. Very clean and well organized. I like that it is a smaller gym and open 24 hours is a great bonus.

So I started, it’s only been 6 weeks. I can put on my socks on , without the pain I was having before. I’m doing so much better. I would recommend Ola Fit Life to everyone! Thank you so much Ola!!

The staff is very welcoming and always go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable. The gym itself is very clean and has all the equipment that I need. All the equipment is in good shape. I did one personal training session with Anoop that was very helpful towards creating goals for myself. I highly recommend this gym.

Ola provided the tools to help me lose over 25 pounds in 5 weeks .Not only is Ola Fit for life gym a place that has everything you need in terms of a gym and personal training but it’s also a fun, comfortable and respectful team environment. Everything thing here is always being cleaned and it’s held to the highest standard in cleanliness. This by far is the best local gym . Would give 10 stars if I could.
M	Mark Raison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest Review: I was hesitant to join this gym as I came from the YMCA where you also have a pool, gym, and fitness classes to choose from. My biggest hesitation was the size of the gym. It is a smaller gym and was worried there wouldn't be enough room to workout. I was definitely wrong. They make great use of the space and have every piece of equipment I need/want. Added bonus is that there isn't a crazy amount of people working out at once like there is at bigger gyms, even at peak times. They also keep the gym super clean and tidy! It's nice to see them replace worn out pads when needed and all equipment is where it's supposed to be. No wild goose chases for equipment. I've been working with Melvin in training. I don't think it's really needed for me, but it's nice to have that extra motivation once each week. All the staff really do value each customer! Can't recommend this gym enough!

Ola and his team were so welcoming and helpful. This gym is extremely clean and organized. We both receive personal training from Ola and Cynthia. Our sessions are so motivating and fun! Would highly recommend this gym.
