★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an item that broke after a week. I was going to attempt to return it and my BFF said don't bother. She had bought a ring that broke after the 1st week as well and when she tried to return it she was accused of breaking it. Things don't break normally after a week so some of the items must be cheap. Customer service is very important in retail and it only takes one bad experience and a rude owner to make you never go back. I have not been back since and don't recommend the place to any of my friends.

Truly something for everyone at Tricia's. Modern, Classic and Edgy. I always find something I love every visit. Best thing about Cloverdale is Tricia's Gems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tricia is usually there at the store to greet you with a great big smile and "How can I help you?" All of her staff are like that plus very knowledgeable about all that is in the store. You feel relaxed while shopping never rushed which is great as there are so many wonderful items to look at while you are browsing then purchasing from Tricia's Gems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am local and have a 10 year old daughter obsessed with crystals. She loves coming there to say hi to the dogs and the employees are always super friendly and helpful. So nice to have a store I love to shop in that also can take my daughter to. Their selection of high end jewelry and gifts for any occasion is the best. I would and will continue to recommend this place.
