★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an esthetician and I go here for everything (unless they don't carry it I guess) and their staff is all lovely and they have a good selection. They also have the best prices in the city and I feel like they'll match it if you do find the item cheaper somewhere else. They will try to do whatever they can to help the customer (within reason obviously).
One time I called trying to find an item and the lady that answered the phone recognized me without me even having to say my name or anything (I only go in every few months it's not even like they see me all the time). I was so impressed. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since changing the store with staff a few years back, this is by far the best wholesale store yet! Everyone is educated on most products and if they aren't they immediately go ask. Very professional yet friendly. It's definitely worth switching product lines to Redken for a great experience. ** Their sales staff who go out to salons are also friendly.
