★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service with bad communication. I walked in with booking an appointment being just 3mins late they guys cancelled my appointment .. no professionally manner to talk. The man who’s so called as a manager doesn’t know how to speak such a rude manger. I recommend everyone to not come here they can just give fake promises and then at the last they can best do is cancel your appointment such a racist saloon ever seen. They take appointment depending on your skin tone. Shame on you guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was the only place in cornwall center that I was able find shampoo/conditioner soap bars. I was also welcomed with recommendations to the top men's lines of shampoos and conditioners as well as body washes. The staff were nice and welcoming. The prices are reflective of most high end salons.. expensive. But that is to bed expected. Otherwise no complaints here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never felt so uncomfortable while getting my hair done. Not worth the money and wish I could ask for my money back. She disregarded the length I requested and didn't discuss how I wanted it cut before she began chopping. And I mean chopping away like Edward scissor hands. I asked for layers but what i received was chunks. The price was reasonable (if I had received good service), and they got me in quickly within my schedule but that's it for the positive things I can say. Two other hair dressers were present and should have seen what I could not. The back of my head looks like someone cut my hair blindly. I have posted a pic for reference and it should appear within the album that shows the store and the outside of the mall. Please go somewhere that will train their staff before charging you for something that will make you cry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair colored and highlighted when I was visiting Regina this week. I must say I am very pleased with the results. Probably one of the best color,highlights and cut I have ever had. I do not remember the stylist name but she is expremly talented and would highly recomend her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meghan managed to fix my son's hair and made him look amazing!
My son had a really bad haircut at another salon the previous day, and Chatters managed to fit him in on very short notice on a Sunday.
His hair looks awesome now thanks to Meghan and her skills. It was not an easy fix but she did it and it looks great. Highly impressed and will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to the stylist for a year. Been trying to grow my layers to a blunt cut in the back. When I asked for a trim I forgot to remind her that I almost there being blunt in the back. Now my top layers are 1.5" short when before I had almost grown the layers out. . My hair is thin so I look .like a boy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager “katie” doesn’t know how to talk. They will keep you waiting in line for 10 minutes and then cancel your appointment saying you’re late. All the staff was busy helping one person and when they got to me they said you’re late so we canceled your appointment. They think this is fair and their time is precious regardless the fact that you were waiting there, not being problematic cause you thought they’ll get to you. Guess not. They don’t care. She stared at me and said she doesn’t understand what I am saying but the second I tried to say something she would interrupt and say “I understand”.
