★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because it's an OK shoppers for makeup, but the downtown and south location win for sure in both layout and grocery items, and still in makeup and lifestyle items. The Covid-19 planning is ill thought out in this location as well. Only one entrance that also serves as the exit, and also happens to be by the tills, so everyone is seriously crowded. The arrows directing the aisles intersect and are blocked by the lines to check out, making them extremely impractical, and further, inconvenient. Just poor planning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the pharmacy to see if they were accepting appointments for my second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. All I got from whomever I spoke to was "No, all booked up". Ok, super helpful. Not when to call back, not what dates they were booking into, no suggestion to try another shoppers drug mart pharmacy location. Zero help. Every other pharmacy I called at least told me when I could try calling back, what dates they were booking into and a suggestion of what I could try next whether it was another pharmacy or booking online. Pretty disappointing when its someone trying to book their vaccine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in here twice on the first time it was about 2:30 and I walked 2 km only to find the post office closed for a break. It was going to require me to wait 25 minutes. I left and decided to come back later because I didn't have the time. I returned by foot at 5 after 5:00. Again it was closed and requiring me to wait another 15 minutes. I was a little upset and then I went to the pharmacy to ask for the manager. I explained that this was the second time back on a Saturday and he said it's not his problem because his they have to take breaks. I told him it was pretty clear they didn't want my business and with that I left.
I'm not sure why these corporations think that it's okay to waste our time and misrepresent the hours that they are open and expect us to work around them. Absolutely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one lady, that works in the cosmetic department, that is awesome! She was so helpful, knew more than just what I can read off of the labels myself, and saved me time and money. Although Shoppers can be more expensive compared to Superstore, the quality of customer service from that woman would sway me to buy products from here than elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older lady that was working till this afternoon, blew her nose and didn’t sanitize her hands at all before touching literally everything around her. I watched her do this not only once, but twice. That is absolutely disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went May 7th/22 around noon at the Cornwall Mall Location and there were 2 ladies in the cosmetics department. I was wanting to get some foundation and told them I have never bought makeup before and I don’t know what options there are. The one lady continued to lean on the counter/shelf and told me a name of a brand. She didn’t show me where it was, just pointed in the general direction and then they kept on talking. About half a minute later, she came over to where I was and showed it to me and then told me the price and left. Very poor customer service. I went in with full intentions of getting some makeup…instead I ended up leaving because I felt like my business wasn’t valued and I was given very minimal direction.
