★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I came to buy products with a $10 coupon with the entire of purchase minimum of $60. Then I had products return, Courtney deducted $10 of EACH product, which meant that she deducted $30 of 3 products I return. I tried to explain to her, that $10 coupon was for ENTIRE of purchase, and you would take off $10 ONLY for my return, not $10 for EACH PRODUCT I RETURN. She even DID NOT try to understand what I was saying and ignored me, she kept repeating that I had to take $10 coupon off on EACH PRODUCT. This is so RIDICULOUS!!! You could not give me $10 off then you took away $30 from me. If you have trouble communication with your manager, at least take a second to think if IT IS CORRECT OR NOT, and do a MATH by yourself. After talking to the manager for the 3rd time and was guided how to do the calculation, she knew that she was not right. I asked to talk to the manager over the phone, the manager said Courtney was with the store for 3.5 year, she knows what she is doing. YES, she is VERY POOR at math BUT TRY TO WIN OVER CUSTOMER when they are RIGHT , and DID NOT know how to say " APOLOGY" when she realized that she was WRONG !!
I will NEVER COME BACK THERE AGAIN TO LET THEM RIP ME OFF! such a waste of time shopping there.
I will give 0 star if it allows me. It did not upset me if Courtney made a mistake, as everyone makes mistakes. But her attitude was not right to me and trying to WIN over a client while you are TOTALLY wrong is not appreciated!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly the staff would rather stand behind the till gossiping than helping clients in the store. Went in and there were two younger girls working, neither of whom acknowledged me when I walked in. Instead they proceeded to talk very loudly (and negatively) about what I’m assuming to be other clients who shop there. Might I note that there were other clients shopping at the time as well. So beyond unprofessional! Not once did they say hi, ask if I needed help or even bother to come out from behind the till. I’m so happy I changed my colour line so I’ll never have to set foot anywhere near this place again. I’ll instead support a distributor that values their clients. Would’ve loved to have known what those girls said about me when I left the store......
